先创D-880A对讲机电池拆机维修

先创电子工厂倒闭，大量数字/模拟对讲机流入回收市场。
在老王店之前d-860没买到，后来d-880入了两个。
机器是没使用过的，各类配件无使用痕迹，就电池坏了。
电池充电无反应，0电压。只能拆机看看电芯。

两个电池，每个有一块电芯是有3点几电压，另外一块完全坏了。先拼凑出一块好的电池试机。

用高温胶带包扎

合盖时忘记在底部打胶了，就在接缝出打上油粘胶（类502）

装上后试机

另外一台，就只能背板加两个18650电池盒使用了。
开孔

用ab胶加强，之前拆时电池触点掉了，原装是用的硅橡胶粘的。

再ab胶固定在后面。电池盒里空间很大，下次把2s保护板也用起来。
成品

再来个合影

原机附带的光盘里面就一份用户手册。没有写频软件。
下次试试用d-860的写频软件。
写频连接时，要把插口模式改成串口。手册上有备注。手册介绍是基于TDMA制式，可能是DMR或PDT模式，这个时间有限，没继续找。要把之前的sdr棒找到，上电脑上接收解码才知道。

到此机器电池问题解决。
抛砖引玉，望各位大佬发现分享更多玩法。
正常使用还是得改频率，都懂的。

全网都没找到合适的写频软件。用d860c的写频软件识别不了，ttl的tx和rx调换也试过了。就差USB直驱没试了，也就是USB的data+和data-连接对讲机。主要也没这机器k头的线序接法。
这么好的机子就用那三个默认频率吗，也不是业余频率啊，只能当废品有点浪费。

这种定制机，不支持手置频，不然怎么赚垄断行业的银子呢。键盘是支持发短信用的。
各级代理商手里才有写频软件。国内龙头海能达的机器一般也不支持手置频，或者软件再收一波费用，键盘是其他用途的。

只能希望坛里面有厂家工程师或者代理商才弄的到写频软件了。机器很好，还是PDT国产标准的。

机器的350-390标签是后期贴上去的，下面是400-450。只能解决了频率段固件和写频才能用。不然就只能当个摆设。
