The UniMax is the only single gas detector you'll ever need. With our lifetime warranty and state of the art electronics, the UniMax ensures both worker safety and simple operation.
The UniMax personal single gas detector is available with up to nine interchangeable plug-in sensors. The sensors can be changed within minutes and are automatically recognized by the microprocessor. The seven character display shows the corresponding gas type, concentration and mode functions. Mode functions include peak gas reading, calibration, battery condition and alarm setpoint. During start-up, the UniMax performs sensor diagnostics and automatically zeros toxic sensors or sets oxygen range to 20.9%. In "supervisor mode", users can change alarm setpoints as well as choose alarm combinations including audible, visual ( bright flashing red LED) and optional vibrating. UniMax is designed, tested and manufactured under strict ISO 9001 quality systems, is UL classified intrinsically safe and backed by our lifetime warranty.
