拆解安克扩展坞（ANKER A8302）

安克这个牌子已经是深耕海外用户，专注高端数码配件的典范了。产品造型美观，做工精细。
这个扩展坞是从鱼上得来，国内没有对应的发售，本来想作为主力配件使用，没想到用了半年网口坏了。今天拆了看一下内部有啥东西：

国外网站上的规格：60w PD充电，千兆网口，2*USB3.0的接口。介绍上有个细节说“The World's First Fully Functional USB-C Hub”世界第一款全功能扩展坞。我没查到具体的上市时间，根据论坛反馈推测应该是2016年左右。

正面和反面，铝合金外壳，做工精细

加热后盖，用螺丝刀顶住RJ45口下的盖子撬开，全是胶粘

全家福。里面有一个开模的塑料块，用于固定电路板。但这样设计估计会影响散热。

中间最大的主芯片是VL813-Q7，USB3.0 hub的解决方案。
左下一颗小的VL100-Q4是DP充电的解决方案。“VIA Lab’s VL100 is a highly integrated single chip Displayport Alternate mode controller for USBType-C devices that designed for applications like Type-C video adapters, Type-C TV/monitor/projector,and Type-C multi-function docking stations. 千兆网卡的芯片是螃蟹的RTL8153"The Realtek RTL8153-CG 10/100/1000M Ethernet controller combines an IEEE 802.3u compatible Media Access Controller (MAC), USB 3.0 bus controller, and embedded memory. With state-of-the-art DSP technology and mixed-mode signal technology, the RTL8153 offers high-speed transmission over CAT 5 UTP cable or CAT 3 UTP (10Mbps only) cable. 反面全景

反面的东西比较少
一颗25q160vsig的储存芯片
一颗25LQ512，水平一般，猜测应该是SPI的闪存控制器。
拆开后也没看出网卡芯片有什么虚焊，国外产品论坛也有见网友反馈同样的损坏问题。能力有限估计没法修复了。
