请问2015年的金士顿KC300，sf2281（vb4）+ft64g08uct1-ae能否正常开卡？

是一款用了几年的金士顿企业级盘，结果前两天一次意外断电就掉盘了，系统只能识别为“sanforce 200026 0.0GB",没有盘符，金士顿的ssd管理工具也无法识别。

网上能找到的固件支持列表里都没有这款最后两位是“-AE”的，所以只能尝试用6.0.A的固件找了一个接近的芯片来尝试。
用的是本站大神做好的centos虚拟机，用usb硬盘盒连上去，但最后都会在校验flash的时候失败，命令行反馈如下（很长，麻烦帮忙看看）：

现在不知道咋弄了，有几个疑问：
1、是否一定要6.03的固件？或者更高版本的固件，请告知哪里能下载，我真没找到，感谢
2、我这个硬盘盒是纽曼的usb3.0，每次接这个盘要几十秒才能识别新设备，是不是要换个20329主控的转接卡？（是否一定要20329D芯片呢，呵呵）

你这是没有选对固件吧。。。。。如果是VB4可能会卡百分之七十五。。。。。。但是颗粒这边全错就不正常了吧

我也怀疑是固件选的不对，原厂是6.03的，可实在没找到，望指点，谢谢

全FAIL了,有兴趣你可以拆个颗粒贴上U盘读一下ID，然后反码ID读出几个相近的颗粒编码对应支持表逐步尝试。。。不过TSOP我是拒绝的，不会玩TSOP:sleepy::sleepy:

不一定要6.0.3固件，你用的6.0.A固件已经是更新的固件了。大概率是FLASH没选对，不想拆F的话就选东芝的慢慢试吧。

谢谢指点，这招最后可以试试，不过是不是还要去买测试架？太贵就不划算了

好的，我也觉得可能是选错了片子，清单里差不多有10种片子，工艺制程都不同，搞不好也只能慢慢试过去了，谢谢

我建议你试试东芝DDL颗粒，不行试试DDK，再不行试试DDJ。。。但是我觉得DDL和DDK概率很大，如果你非要实验黑片，你优先试试15纳米，然后A19纳米，然后TYPEC。。

真是傻了，原来是和新盘一样，直接分区就行了，终于见到盘了，感谢各位高人，小白首战成功！！:handshake::handshake:

开卡是成功了，但一跑测试发现坏块很厉害，差不多死机的样子了
我考虑现在既然系统已经可以认盘，是不是可以用金士顿的官方工具来做一下固件升级和整盘擦除，
但问题是官方工具根本不认这个盘，怀疑是开卡时，没正确写入原来的厂家、固件版本等信息，可找了一圈愣是没
发现哪里可以写这些信息的、、、还请各位高手继续指点、、多谢了
