一台espon 7610打印机,可以打印,扫描,就是不能复印,不知道如何解决?

机器是美版的机器,买来的时候看重它能打印A3的纸张,这样就不用到外面去打印A3的图纸了,特别是下雨天出去打印图纸,很是麻烦!

现在机器基本工作打印,扫描都是正常的,就是不能复印A3,A4的纸张?一直在网上寻求解决的资料,也没有找到,想到这里藏龙卧虎,人才济济,所以寻求高手帮忙协助解决!

纸张方向不对吧，竖纸盒设置是横纸好像就这样显示

其他入口，手工送纸不行吗？
