树莓派PI3B在更换主控BCM2837后不开机

我有一台树莓派PI3B使用中主控发烫后大电流，然后拆掉主控BCM2837后不再大电流，购买全新的主控更换好后并不能开机，电流是110ma左右，只有红灯亮，连接电脑后显示如下

在这之后就是重复循环pin LEDS_PWR_OK not defined，想请问一下各位老师是不是BCM2837需要刷什么固件进去或者是还有哪里有问题的？

从97示波表改背光追踪到这来，刚好本人修过几百张3b,还算有点经验，树莓派的soc内部是有程序的，全新的是无法正常启动的，连启动代码都不会有，这个芯片看起来不是全新的，而且已经损坏。
