你的颗粒不太行了，威刚一般用的是无保护，你改一下设置试试，另外听楼上的，强烈反对虚拟机开卡，总是因为桥或者什么问题出现莫名其妙错误

一个是看log里面的坏块数，一个是用预测表粗略判断，好的颗粒全部N1，有问题的什么N都出现，当然有例外，Intel颗粒全部N3也不要紧，但是出现N5就比较麻烦

N1-至少测试并通过了一个没有位错误的页面。

N2-没有可用的测试数据。测试可能已中止，或者在测试期间失败。

N3-至少有一页被测试，错误小于或等于ECC校正功率范围的一半。

N4-至少有一个被测试的被擦除页的误比特率大于校正功率的一半。

N5-行走零点测试失败。

步行者测试失败。

N7-包含工厂坏块标记的块和测试被跳过。

N8-至少有一页被测试，其误比特率大于平面0上的校正功率。

平面0中的N9块被标记为工厂坏块。

N10-至少测试了一页，其误比特率大于平面1上的校正功率。

N11-平面1中的块被标记为工厂坏块。
