折腾了一晚上，就想找这个工具。基本上看了所有数码之家的关于PS2251-70(PS2270)的帖子。没一个能用的。我也不是很懂，就到处搜。结果在毛子的网站上竟然看到了这个：
Phison ST-TOOL is a production flash drive for Phison controllers . God knows what it is, namely a separate branch or a new version of the production flasher MPALL , weighed down by the Sorting component. IMHO, nothing special differs from the classic Phison MPALL .
A distinctive feature of ST-TOOL applications is, in addition to everything else, the presence of the STLibrary.dll service file in the directory with the utility. In GetInfo , flash drives in these utilities are no different from those in MPALL , for example: MPALL v3.70.00 . When I added new versions and, accordingly, put them on a separate page, I changed a little the previous name format. Previously it was like this: Phison ST-TOOL (Rel) -9000-3.71.00 . The latest versions of service utilities, such as ST-TOOL_9000_v3.7F.92 (STTOOL_F1_90_v200_00_SZ.exe), differ noticeably from the previous ones and, perhaps, its use is quite justified when restoring modern flash drives with cheap flash memory on Phison PS2251-69 and PS2251-09 chips ...
