空气干燥机定时排水用的定时器坏了

有一台空气压缩机配套的空气干燥机出现了一直排水的故障，
正常的情况是等半个小时排一次水，每次水几秒钟，经检查电磁线圈正常，电磁阀也正常，是定时器出现了故障
拆开的时候忘了拍照，外壳是超声波焊死的，现在只有电路板的图片了

When Master Reset (MR) receives a positive pulse, the internal counters and latch are reset.
