最近买了2258XT的测试架,想着把手里的1V24和2V24 TOSHIBA BICS4的片子都测试一遍。之前做过1V24的2258XT,但是2V24一直无法通过。后来参考了2263XT里面设置,把红色的部分翻倍,就可以了。跑RDT也可以,跑圈测试也过来。给大家参考一下。

这是针对2V24颗粒部分参数的分解,主要是Page Size, Space, Block, Page Number, Block Number。一般Page Number比Block Number要大一点,估计是为OP做考虑的。

修改之后的2258XT跑RDT的工具我也贴出来,意思意思收个1家元。里面有1V24-RDT和2V24-RDT的配置,直接拿过去用就可以跑RDT。
