降低 RD6012P 电源的噪音

Hello friends, this is my first time posting, I don’t speak Chinese well, sorry :)
I have an RD6012P power supply which is very nice but it heats up very quickly and has a loud fan that is constantly on.
I checked it with a thermal imaging camera, and the parts that generated the most heat were the main converter tube and the large inductor. I have installed a larger heat sink on the tube and would like to install an inductor with a higher current rating but I don't know its inductance and current rating. Maybe someone has measured the inductance value of the main inductor?

电风扇可以通过降低供电电压降低速度，简单的就是串联个几十欧姆的电阻，甚至可以考虑温控。
电感量你拆下来测量一下就知道了。
晶体管和电感温度日常不超过70就没事，当然温度低一些更好。

这个风扇是受控的，一般不会转，除非输出电流达到一定程度或是温度过高，而且风扇工作的时候噪音也不大，怀疑你的风扇坏了，加点润滑油试试，不行的话，换一个面积大速度慢些的风扇。

我问的是电感值，也许有人测量过。我找到了这种型号的电路图，但没有显示电感值。

6012电源最大电流不能超过12A，我不知道你一般用多少电流，6012会在大电流的时侯产生大量的热并开启风扇，并产生声音。建议你如果用大电流，采用更高规格的6024
The maximum current of 6012 power supply cannot exceed 12A. I don't know how much current you usually use. 6012 will generate a large amount of heat and turn on the fan during high current, and produce sound. I suggest that if you use high current, use a higher specification 6024

我用热像仪检查了一下，发热量最多的部分是主换流管和大电感。
我在管子上安装了一个更大的散热器，并想安装一个更高额定电流的电感，但我不知道它的电感和额定电流。
哪位大佬测量过主电感的电感值？

high current cause high temperature，a quiet fan can solve the noise problem
大电流导致高温度，换静音风扇就能解决噪音问题
no noise no problem，because you can't see the heat by your eyes
没声音了问题就解决了，反正你肉眼看不到它高温

我想让这款电源完全无风扇、无噪音。当输出电流为 5A、电压为 24V、输入电压为 56V 时，电感器温度超过 110C。还没有人测量过电感值吗？在购买新电感器之前，我还不想把它拆开，但看来我必须这样做。

try to reduce input voltage，or use another power supply，maybe 32v？
输入电压降一下呢，或者换个电源，32v的试试？
i think more voltage drop makes more heat，the key is make it effective not the inductor
应该是降压越大电感越热，关键是提高转换效率，而不是换电感
