[SandForce] 求助,威刚sp900,SandForce SF2241VB4主控开卡失败

型号:威刚SP900 128GB 4贴tsop芯片.   主控:SF2241VB4; 颗粒无法确认,丝印是60076312  5301410664新手没转接卡是直接接的sata.
请大佬帮忙分析一下,Flash Test 连续的报错,是什么问题,谢谢.

后续来了,,拆颗粒,上usb主控板,读取的ID是:45 3A 94 93 76 51  是sandisk标的mlc颗粒.SF2241vb4好像这个颗粒没有对应的配置文件吧.改几个u盘算了.

盘是掉固件的,软件读不出。没有测试架那些工具

丢固件,读不出,没有测试架那些工具,试了镁光,英特尔颗粒的配置文件没到Flash测试就报错,东芝的就可以到Flash测试,只是看不懂到什么东西报错

在6.0A固件支持列表里面以主控,封装,贴数等信息筛选过了,剩下下面的开卡ID.基本全部都试过了,C28008;C28009;C28017;C28018;C28046;C28062;C28105;C28106;C28133;C28158;C28180;C28205;C28504;C28505;C28509;C28549;C28554;C28570;C28576;C28591;C28623;C28635;C28649;C28679;C28684;C28687;C31044;C31046...只有C28679;C28684;C28687;C31044;C31046这些东芝的ID能到flash测试,其他的都过不了27%

我看别人flash报fail都是间隔规律的,我这个是连续fail

都试过,只要是镁光,英特尔的颗粒开卡ID,过不了27%

大概率id错了,掉固件就试试短接用那个flashid工具看看id全不全
