SandForce 作为一款的老的主控, 他的甜点颗粒制程是32nm/34nm, 25nm/24nm, 20nm/19nm, 再往下纠错引擎就有点吃力了;他的甜点容量是256GB, 开了RAISE240G, 最大支持512GB, 但是随机性能会有损失,当年还是32G/64G/128G流行的年代,用256G的就不错了, 当年正片颗粒SSD价格能到1500往上, 普遍的128G也在700,800左右。
不过放在当下512G都是起步了, 我这里就分享下他256G, 480G下的性能,它最大可以支持64CE
作为一个DIY爱好者, 手上有一些东芝和Intel的颗粒, 这应该是两种阵营的代表了, 一个主打Charge Trap, 一个主打Floating Gate, 这是两种不同原理的闪存玩家

这个用的东芝的颗粒, 苹果固态拆机的, 本来想做512G的, 固件支持, 但是发现不管什么板子都开不了, 感觉是供电的问题, 无奈只能做成256的, 不过性能非常满意, 可以做临时用的系统盘, 因为随机性能不比NVME的差, win7卡机秒进系统

性能:
a) intel 9代 mini PC上的结果, 装的win7, 分位压缩与不可以压缩的性能, 其实现实中非视频类基本都是可以压缩的数据, 这对NAND的寿命有很大帮助

总结:配和压缩算法, 这个性能放在今天我觉得依旧顶级, 就是按照3000PE算, 256G的盘也有750T的写入保障;放一个我自用硬盘写放大小于1的图, 写入138T, 实际100T
